1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "okplaay," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the okplaay platform, duly licensed and operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the okplaay website accessible at okplaay.net, including all games, features, payment services, promotions, and support channels made available through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an Account on the Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Games" means all gambling products available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, table games, and arcade games.
• "Funds" means the Philippine peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's Account, consisting of deposited funds and any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the obligations and procedures required under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

2Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the okplaay Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the Platform and place any wager.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, current, and complete personal information. The use of false, misleading, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
• You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under your own name or any alias, is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of okplaay, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as required by okplaay and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law before any withdrawal can be processed.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your okplaay Account. By registering an Account, you agree to the following obligations:

• You must keep your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify okplaay immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] (as plain text reference, not a clickable link) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security breach.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your Account details, including your registered name, date of birth, email address, and payment method information, remain accurate and up to date at all times. You may update your details through your Account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
• You must not use your okplaay Account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of bonuses, or use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with your Account is strictly prohibited.
• You acknowledge that okplaay may monitor Account activity for the purposes of fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gaming enforcement, and Platform integrity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okplaay Platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okplaay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard Philippine interbank processing times. okplaay does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information verified on your Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to AML review. okplaay reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant Account balances in accordance with okplaay's dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.

5Bonuses & Promotions

okplaay may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonus Funds are awarded separately from real-money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed using systematic staking strategies, arbitrage betting, or any method designed to exploit promotional terms.
• okplaay reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Each promotion will specify its eligible games, minimum deposit (if applicable), expiry period, and any country or payment-method restrictions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of each promotion before opting in.
• okplaay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

6Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the okplaay Platform. Additional game-specific rules are displayed within each game or game lobby.

6.1 Game Fairness. All Games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for randomness and fairness. Live casino games are operated via real-time video streams from licensed studio facilities. okplaay does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network disconnection during a game round, okplaay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game may be voided. okplaay's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. okplaay reserves the right to impose account-level betting limits on any Player at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered subject to okplaay's sports betting rules, which govern settlement of markets, void bets, late goals, walkovers, and other event-specific situations. Sports betting rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplaay Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160) and its amendments.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any software designed to interact with the Platform outside of normal manual gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to okplaay immediately and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including in live poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward okplaay staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

8Account Suspension & Closure

okplaay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for the following reasons, without being required to provide prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• A determination by okplaay that the Player poses an unacceptable regulatory risk under PAGCOR or Philippine AML regulations.
• A request by the Player for self-exclusion under okplaay's responsible gaming programme.
• A direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement authority.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding AML or KYC review.

9Responsible Gaming

okplaay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Platform. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity within their personal limits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified amount of gaming time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, is irrevocable for its stated duration. okplaay will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion and prevent the Player from creating a new Account during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the okplaay Platform — including but not limited to the okplaay brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, and promotional materials — is the property of okplaay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; use any okplaay branding or trademarks without prior written authorisation; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of okplaay's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplaay's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplaay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

okplaay does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which okplaay accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits okplaay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

okplaay operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to raise a complaint that cannot be resolved through okplaay's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedure.

13Amendments

okplaay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okplaay will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support. Any balance of verified real-money funds will be returned to you in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
